In order to enhance the level of skills, capabilities, and competency of the workforce to achieve organizational goals and considering the significance of training in the HSE management system and its role in reducing accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental damages, and consequently increasing organizational productivity and excellence, the HSE Training Management undertakes the assessment of training needs, planning, and implementation of general and specialized HSE training courses in collaboration with the Training Unit.
